Sign in or register
After approval, sign in. If you do not have an account, this entitled QR lets you create one even while public registration is closed.
Set up your item
Choose “Attach & set up QR”, scan it, name the item, and use Standard Lost & Found, your own preset, or copy a previous QR.
Read finder messages
A new message is directly clickable from the overview and the Messages section.
Appearance and language
Choose Standard, Accessible, or an unlocked partner appearance under Account. Eagles always runs in English.
Pilot access
Public registration can stay off. A new customer enters through a personal invitation or an item entitled by a sale or gift.
Store & company
Direct shop: a signed webhook confirms payment. Retailer: 4CRYPT allocates valueless codes; checkout makes only the paid code activation-ready. Company: an owner invites staff into the same workspace and manages owned or rental hardware.
Devices & browsers
iPhone / Safari: browser camera with local decoder or Camera app; read NFC by tapping, write through an NFC app. Android / Chrome: browser camera and Web NFC or the system scanner. Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop support serial input, QR photos and available cameras.
Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I name a fresh QR immediately?
A stock QR has no owner. Secure activation assigns it to your account first, then setup continues automatically.
What if the camera or network fails?
Reload, open the camera again, choose a QR photo, or enter the code manually. An interrupted attempt does not consume the QR.
Can I switch activation methods?
Yes. You can switch or tap again. The QR is booked only after the account claim completes successfully.
Where do Lost & Found messages go?
They appear under Messages and as a clickable alert on the overview. Your private email remains hidden from the finder.
Can I switch my appearance back?
Yes. Standard and Accessible are always available. Once Eagles is unlocked it remains available even if the admin changes the code for new customers.
What does blocked mean?
An admin block stops the QR and activation. Paused only means the owner temporarily disabled their own QR.
