Claim a new code
Scan the product QR or open “Activate code”.
Check the serial; use the activation code or live approval when eligible.
Sign in or register through this entitled code and verify your email.
Name the item, select Lost & Found or another preset, and save.
Set up several codes
Stay signed in and open “Use printed QR”.
Scan, activate if required, name and save the first QR.
Choose “Scan next QR”; reuse the previous preset.
Company codes remain in the same workspace and follow staff roles.
An item is missing
Open “Item missing” in the customer area.
Select the item and enable Missing.
Open new scans and finder messages in the timeline.
Mark it recovered after return.

The superadmin selects the free codes in Hardware stock.
Open “Assign several directly to company”, select the company, and confirm.
Alternatively the owner claims each code while signed in; all land in the company workspace.
Create one preset, reuse it, and invite staff as editors or viewers.

FAQ
Quick answers
Can I activate multiple QR codes at once?
A superadmin can directly assign selected free codes to a verified company workspace. End users claim each physical code separately for security, while remaining signed in and reusing presets.
What about a double click or network failure?
An identical repeated booking does not rotate the key. An unfinished activation can be reloaded or restarted cleanly.
Paused or blocked?
Paused is an owner action. Blocked is an administrative safeguard and only an admin can lift it.
